Stationary 240 – Stationary Concrete Plant

KRISMAK STATIONARY 240 is designed as a high-performance system where two independent concrete plants positioned side by side on the same site operate together, reaching a total production capacity of 240 m³/h. These two independent units, each with a capacity of 120 m³/h, can simultaneously fill two different truck mixers through independent twin shaft mixers and separate discharge buckets, thereby reducing truck waiting times to zero. Thanks to this structure, while the production process continues without interruption, standard ready-mix concrete can be produced from one of the mixers while special-purpose products such as concrete blocks or precast concrete can be produced from the other simultaneously. With these features, KRISMAK STATIONARY 240 stands out as the indispensable solution for extremely high-capacity ready-mix concrete projects.

At the center of the system are two sets of twin shaft mixers, each with a 3 m³ wet concrete volume. These mixers deliver above-industry-standard performance with high efficiency and homogeneous mixture quality, ensuring the preservation of consistent concrete quality even at an intensive production pace. In terms of cement storage needs, the system has an extremely flexible structure; it can be equipped with cement silos of varying capacities ranging from 100 to 500 tons according to the conditions required by the project. In cases where cement is supplied in bags, integrated big bag opening and silo filling systems are activated, facilitating the logistics process and increasing workforce efficiency.

KRISMAK STATIONARY 240 has a specially designed infrastructure to operate seamlessly under different climatic conditions. The system, equipped with hot steam generators and insulated panels in cold climate regions such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Northern Europe, is supported with advanced concrete water cooling systems in hot regions such as the Middle East, Gulf countries, and Africa. This way, high-standard concrete production is continuously maintained in all climates and geographies. In aggregate feeding processes, pre-feeding systems that can operate without the need for traditional loading ramps are used; this innovative approach both increases site safety and significantly raises operational efficiency.

In terms of installation flexibility, KRISMAK STATIONARY 240 also attracts attention with its different layout plan options. In projects where space constraints are an issue, aggregate transportation operations can be carried out safely and efficiently using a skip hoist system instead of belt conveyors. In terms of automation infrastructure, the system is equipped with an advanced control system that combines upper-segment electronic components from SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER brands with PLC technology. This software with a user-friendly interface enables the entire production process to be managed centrally and without errors. Thanks to its modular structure, KRISMAK STATIONARY 240, which can be installed in a shorter time compared to similar systems and can operate with low operating costs, offers uninterrupted and reliable production performance even in the largest-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
