KRISMAK DOUBLEMIX 60 is a special system consisting of two independent concrete plants positioned on the same platform, responding to high-volume projects with a total production capacity of 120 m³/hour. Designed with two separate mixers and two independent discharge buckets, this system can simultaneously discharge to different transit mixers or concrete transfer equipment. The most critical operational advantage of the system is the ability to fill two transit mixers at the same time; this feature significantly reduces vehicle waiting times, organizes job site logistics, and noticeably accelerates concrete delivery processes.

The twin mixer architecture not only increases production speed but also creates a foundation for the simultaneous production of different concrete types. While one of the mixers is used for ready-mix concrete production, the other can be allocated for concrete blocks, precast elements, or specially formulated mixes. Aggregate pre-feeding systems completely eliminate the need for traditional loading ramps and minimize job site infrastructure investments. In cases where site dimensions are insufficient, the skip hoist system is preferred instead of belt conveyors, and the most efficient layout plan is applied to the available space.
