



KRISMAK KS-50 is a high-performance cement silo with a storage capacity of 50 tons, catering to a wide range of applications, primarily including concrete plants, concrete block machines, and soil investigation applications. Designed to respond to the different needs of the industry, this silo can be manufactured as bolted or welded and can be easily transported by a 40 ft Open Top container or a standard truck. With its compact logistical advantage and flexible structure, the KS-50 can be safely used in all types of application environments from job sites to fixed facilities.
The KS-50 cement silo is delivered complete from the factory with core equipment such as a maintenance platform, cement filling pipe, safety guards, air filter, and pressure safety valve. In addition, the silo can be supplied together with auxiliary equipment such as cement screw conveyors, additional air filter, and pressure safety valve that can be customized according to the size and capacity required by the project. This modular structure makes the KS-50 a versatile storage solution that can be easily integrated into projects of different scales and configurations.
The use of precision laser cutting and laser drilling technologies in the production process makes it possible to process parts with high tolerances and carry out fast, trouble-free assembly on site. Long service life is ensured with an anti-corrosive and epoxy paint system applied at 140 microns thickness. This coating standard effectively protects the silo against harsh weather conditions and chemical effects, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
In terms of structural reliability, the KS-50 has been subjected to static load and mechanical calculations using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, which is referenced in engineering analyses worldwide. This engineering-based design process scientifically verifies that the silos can carry a 50-ton cement load at full capacity and safely.
