With its monumental dimensional profile of 20,840 mm total height and Ø8,250 mm body diameter, its structural weight of 72,000 kg, and its modular architecture of 191 components, the KS1000 embodies the power and reliability demanded by large-scale industrial infrastructure investments in a single solution.

In terms of structural design and material engineering, the KS1000 is positioned at the highest level of industrial durability standards. The silo body is constructed from ST-37 steel metal plates in 8, 6, and 5 mm thicknesses; while the conical section is manufactured from 10 mm ST-37 metal plate with 160 mm steel C-channel support. The top cover is made from 5 mm ST-37 plate, and eight Ø273×10 mm steel pipe legs rise on a robust load-bearing system consisting of 100 mm C-channel supports and 25-30 mm foot plates. The 4-inch steel charging pipe extending to the silo leg and the Ø300 mm outlet diameter provide the optimum pipe geometry to manage cement transfer quickly and smoothly in a storage facility of this scale. All static load and mechanical calculations have been fully analyzed with the globally referenced ANSYS Workbench CAE software; this comprehensive verification process scientifically proves that the silos can safely store 1,000 tons of cement or equivalent material under all climatic and site conditions without any risk of structural deformation.

In terms of equipment infrastructure, the KS1000 is delivered with a comprehensive set of components that support operational continuity and user safety at the highest level. The maintenance platform positioned between the legs, cement filling pipe, internal and external manholes, and safety guards are among the core components included in the standard delivery scope. Specially designed roof flanges for the pressure safety valve, cement screw conveyors in various diameters and lengths, an air filter, and upper and lower level indicators are also integral parts of the silo equipment package. In cement terminal applications, the KS1000 enables cement to be distributed to trucks smoothly and quickly through loading systems that can be connected to its underside; this feature makes it a critical link in the logistics chain extending from the terminal to the job site.
